Founder and Chief Executive
John Lindros
John founded AusCamp in 1986 after a teaching career that included leadership in physical education, sport and outdoor education. His experience as a bushwalker, rafting guide and sailor continues to shape AusCamp's practical, tailored approach for schools and groups.
General Manager
Jordan Wing
Jordan joined AusCamp in 2020 with experience across outdoor education, touring, travel, snow, customer service and sales. He brings a strong interest in adventure sports, sustainable tourism and helping people connect with the outdoors.
Operations Manager
Lockie Moonen
Lockie joined AusCamp in 2018 during an outdoor recreation placement and has worked as a group guide and behind the scenes. He focuses on helping participants stay engaged and get the most from their experience, with particular interests in outdoor education, snow activities and fitness.
Program Manager and Activity Specialist
Jesse Morrison
Jesse joined AusCamp as a guide in November 2021 after working in outdoor and experiential education in Canada. Her hands-on approach uses outdoor experiences to help young people build resilience, accountability, cooperation, compassion and a stronger connection with natural places.
